We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bloomwell AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
